Ducky, 6 second shutter speed, ISO of 200, f-stop of 22, manual focus.
Find lights with good colors and interesting texures, and move the camera however you want to "paint" the sensor.

It might be interesting to take a regular photo of the light source and pair it with a "light painting" photo of the same thing......
