How is this comment different from the previous ones? ;)
Jen said…
Hey! Didn't you recently mention not getting things right the first time?

:-p
Jen said…
Would you be willing to participate in a blog post by submitting a photo that you take?
nicrap said…
Heh.

I? I don't own a camera, except for the webcam, of course. :(
Jen said…
That would work. Mobile phone?
nicrap said…
I can post my profile pic. :p
Jen said…
That's a good one. :)

But I want to do a little project....photos of nightstand, or bedside tables.
Jen said…
I love seeing what is on the bedside table. Neat vs messy.
nicrap said…
k. Lemme see what i can do. Lunch time. C ya.
Jen said…
Books, glasses, lamp.
nicrap said…
I went and chacked. No bedside table. :(
Jen said…
No worries. Thanks for being willing. :-)

Sounds like a very useful tree (besides for bow making).

The fruit was once used to repel spiders by placing one under the bed. Various studies have found elemol, an extract of Osage orange, to repel several species of mosquitos, cockroaches, crickets, and ticks.[15] One study found elemol to be as effective a mosquito repellant as DEET.[16] A patent was awarded in 2012 for an insect repelling device using Osage orange.

...and sorry, I'm unwilling. My nightstand is a certifiable DISASTER AREA. :(
Jen said…
But that disaster area is interesting to others!!

Mine is a mess, too. I personally think that's a sign of intelligence. :p

Maybe Ducky will do it.
nicrap said…
He is such a killjoy, ain't he? :p

@fj

It's not like you, my friend, to leave comments unanswered at your blog. What's up?

[Not only this is more colloquial, it is also much more neat. Sometimes it is painfully obvious that English is only my second language.] :(

Ohk. I didn't know that. Forgive me if i was being intrusive. It was just that it was very unlike you. :)

The internet is a garden. In that garden is a section called the blogosphere. That is where the fruit of mental illness ripens first.

:( sad, but true.

nicrap said…
Quite a leap there, eh, jen? :p
Jen said…
I don't think so. I have first-hand experience. :-)

I wasn't talking about fj, but the bizarre behaviour I have seen recently online. I commented on it a few days ago on my blog.
Jen said…
My own mental illness ripened quite nicely in the blogosphere. :/

Lol.
You fully admit to the charges before you know what they might be? :-)

Well, I think we've discussed this before, so no need to rehash it.

My comment was based on all the shit I've seen (and done, myself) online.

I am much more "grounded" mentally, spiritually, and emotionally when I unplug.
nicrap said…
A little quid pro quo, nice. :)

I didn't know we had such effect on you, Jen. ;)
Jen said…
I've eliminated a lot of the cause, so you guys are more like static, which is more tolerable.
Jen said…
The food was amazing, nicrap!
nicrap said…
What did you have?
Jen said…
Tandoori Murgh chaat, behind masala, murgh saagwala, roghan josh, jeera rice, and of course, butter Baan!
Jen said…
We shared everything and had a bunch left over. They asked if we wanted mild, medium, hot, or Indian hot. Ha!
nicrap said…
And all those suggestions you got through static! Now THAT was amazing. :p

I am glad you liked it. :)
Jen said…
Thanks. Goodnight. :)

Night night. :)

Jen said…
Nicrap, of course you can post it here. :-)

Let the sleeping dogs lie, Jen, now that they are back to sleep. :)

As you wish.

Question: before dinner, we were given a very thin, crispy bread with two sauces. The bread had black peppercorns. Any idea what it was?
Also, what are the seeds (for chewing) at the end of the meal? Licorice, I think.
nicrap said…
Can't say, Jen. Will have to look at it to know it.
