Carousels... the most DANGEROUS ride in the park...

Let ME on!

Have at it, FJ!
The older I get, the more they make me want to barf...even just watching one.

My favorite ride (if it's still running...) is The Cliffhanger. I've been on it once, at Six Flags in Arlington, TX.

Oh man. I laughed for an hour after it was over. :-)
Looks like a ride where once would be enough! ;)

Are these recent?

You're going to carnivals while we are being stranded on the T due to a frozen third rail? Not fair.

Jen, have you ever thought of digitizing and putting your photos through a post production program?

Hmm. I had a feeling it had been demolished. The Texas Giant is even worse. It's notorious for head and neck injuries. :(

Hey Duck, this was the third week go November.

How are you hanging in there with the snow?

Post production? Such as Light Room or PSElements?

I do adjust contrast now and then, but I use the Windows photo editor for that. I have PSE and LR, but not enough patience.

wonderful, Jen.
There's a real warmth about these black and whites and I mean beyond the subject matter of a child waving , etc...I mean a technical warmth in the actual photos....it's wonderful. Like they're cast with a so slight golden hue but not really...I can't explain it but I like it!
Great work

Thank you, Z! It was an overcast day, and those seem to best days for good light.

Ducky, I just noticed that that second photo is totally blown out in the highlights. Hmmm. I am still struggling with metering correctly.
